Notice in installation:
(1). When hollow profile and solid sheet are installed with screw installation, all rivet holes should be reamed to reserve space for expansion and contraction. Usually, the holes should be larger than that of the bolt or rivet stems by 50%" so as to avoid expansion or shrinkage.

(2). Fill up the holes, and cover the exposed portion with silicone compound to prevent detergents permeating which brings damage to pc sheets, and avoid gradual cracks.

(3). Rivet heads should be larger than the stems by 1.5~2 times. Use gaskets or washers to avoid the rivet heads touching pc sheets, and reduce the pressure.

(4). Do not screw into too tightly.

(5). Do not use gaskets made of PVC.

(6). The bending part should be avoided using screw for cold bending process. Key points for bending processing and design under normal atmosphere temperature.

3.  Design Features on bending process at  normal temperature (Refer to the left picture as follow)
(1). Curvature radius R=175 x T (T= thickness of the pc sheet, mm)
(2). Cutting principle of PC sheet:: bending processing can be done only when length >= width

4.The screw shall be not fixed on the bending part. (As the shadow part of the right picture as follow)

5. Clean and maintenance of PC sheets:
(1). In case there is any filler, grease or paint adhered to or polluted the surface of the PC sheets, remove it with a piece of soft cloth soaked with alcohol before it become hardening.

(2). Keep PC sheets away from the concrete, either floor or wall, to prevent from chemical reaction, which may cause the sheet crack.

(3). Don't remove the protection film; fix the sheet to avoid vibrating, then cut it by automatic tools (with carbonization-wolfram saw blade).

(4). Never use the benzene, gasoline, acetone or carbon tetrachloride for cleaning, do not clean the sheet with any solvent exposed under direct sunshine or under forced bending, which may cause the sheet crack.

(5). Generally wipe off the dust and dirt on the PC sheets by a piece of soft cloth or sponge soaked with neutral detergent first, rinse it with clear water thoroughly, and dry it with a piece of soft cloth finally.

6. Other illumination:
(1). Cutting: The pc hollow sheet can be cut by sharp reamer, and the solid sheet can be cut by fretsaw, band saw and handsaw, but you should to peg the solid sheet in order to avoid librating when you're cutting the solid sheet, clean up the sawdust after you cut the sheet.

(2). Drill: The pc hollow sheet can be drilled by aiguilles; the aiguilles diameter should be longer than the screw diameter in order to adapt the temperature change. Otherwise, it shall not to drill 40mm from the edge of the pc sheet.

(3). Both side on both hollow panel and solid panel are all covered by protect film. In order to keep the surface smooth, please do not break the film before finish installation. At the process of installation, it could be recovered about 5 CM at the edge part of them.

(4). At the process of transportation, please do not put strong goods on the panel and keep the sharp things away them.

(5). The printed protective film cover the UV-resisting side of the panel and this side must face towards to the sunlight when installing.

(6). Always keep the PC sheet clear, and never walk on the panels.
